For all technical questions and questions related to product servicing, you can contact us on the telephone number 01 583 79 17 or fill out the contact form below and choose the subject matter of your question accordingly. You will receive the answer as soon as possible. If it's a matter of some urgency, we advise you to make a phone call.

The service operates from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:30 and Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00.

Warranty repairs

In the event that your product becomes defective during the warranty period, and on the warranty certificate we are listed as an official servicer (Elkotex d.o.o.), you can bring the product directly to our service by submitting your original invoice. After the product is reviewed, you will be informed of further procedures - repair or replacement.
